Just heard on a NOLA police scanner
A guy came on, called what I presume is a headquarters set up somewhere, and asked where that medical help is for the pregnant lady.

HQ responded that there were no doctors available at present, and none expected anytime soon.

The first guy replied, "Roger. Any recommendations on how to give birth?"

"Negative," was the response.

Best advice I can think of: Find an elderly woman somewhere, and hope she knows what to do.

4. I'm sure their are plenty of woman there
that can assist. Most southern women are familiar with midwifery
