They need water on the ground =
sending people two days from now and ships coming does not help today
water on the ground NOW

these fema, red cross, admin of anything are stupid - they don't get they need water NOW

Shit I can not believe the air is not full of choppers dropping food and water.....Oh yes all the choppers are in Iraq

2. They have the supplies in the region.
The have the helicopters who are standing down because rescue efforts have been halted. If they're worried about getting shot at, then they can drop supplies with a LONGER cable. Weapons fire has a limited range.

THEY CAN be dropping water to these people, they just aren't. It's inexcusable, and the only explanation is that Bush wants them to die.
