7. Whether you're a buyer or dealer doesn't matter.
What matters is the quantity of the drug that you're caught with. They apply mandatory sentences, depending on the kind of drug.

I know Federal Prosecutors are really putting the hammer down on anyone dealing in Oxycotins - and that is a fact. This will be interesting for sure. Oxycotins are really serious bad shit - and have left many many people severely addicted and/or dead. Trust me, I know.

if the delivery and receiving of stolen prescription drugs regulated by the feds can be used as grounds for federal charges, i say it should be done. no allenwood time for this maggot, right to the atlanta pen he should be delivered.
