Chertoff has "tremendous pride" to work with the people who have
"pulled off this exceptional response."

The whole thing worked like a charm, without a hitch, if you listen to him, except of course for "those people who chose not to get out", as though they are responsible for the incredible incompetence of his failure to even deliver a drop of water to them.

My kid (age 19) got so mad he threw a sneaker at the television screen and walked away swearing.

Watching him re-package the current disaster into a well-oiled and smoothe operation is brilliant, and truly a great danger to New Orleans and the people in jeopardy there.
