The anchor woman said her husband is in the dome and no help had come from FEMA and that FEMA had "bugged out" of NOLA.

There are dead bodies at the convention center. The local Parish emergency heads (St. Bernard and Jefferson) have said that the evacuation has been a purely LA effort so far - no help from the Feds at all.

THEY NEED TO BE SAVED NOW.
