Cafferty: "...never seen anything as badly bungled as (hurricane relief)"

CNN's Jack Cafferty just talked about viewer response to the question, "How do you rate the federal government's response to the hurricane?". He said that there hasn't been a single positive response, and that he personally has never seen anything as badly bungled as the government's response to this disaster.

He also mentioned an editorial from a very conservative newspaper (don't remember which, but I want to say it was in NH), that said that the "intuitive" leadership * showed in his first term is gone.

I think that he was doing a good job of giving Bush the business. I'm watching to see what he has to say next. Screw all these other people, I want to see him on there all day long the way he's riled up.

A Bushbot wrote in praising * for calling Congress back from recess. Cafferty responded by comparing the three-day-late response (four if you consider that they won't actually be back until Friday) to the hours it took for vacationing Congressmen to pass the entirely symbolic Terri Schiavo bill.
