13. This catastrophe will be telling if the ideologues eaten up with a RW
agenda have the managerial savvy to marshall the needed resources in a timely matter. I'm not hopeful since implementation of the RW PNAC agenda was jobs number one through at least one thousand or so and absolutely nothing else has gotten the attention it deserves IMHO. Hopefully I'm wrong.
