6. Here's something else from FEMA
A woman tourist trapped in the Ritz-Carlton in the French Quarter was interviewed on CNN today. She mentioned that the Ritz had arranged for buses to come in and take the guests out, but FEMA commandeered one of the buses and won't let the others through. No explanation.

No GOOD reason for that. None.
