5. People should open their homes only if...
You find out their political affiliation. If they say they say that they are pubs, then deny them. Tell them that their president caused this and they should pull themselves up by their bootstraps. There shouldnt be any handouts. Everything they have should be earned not given in charity. Throw their own philosphy back at them.
