Survivor "The Government did nothing"

I have just been watching, BBC World and the survivors aren't not happy.

"This city knew what was going to happen, they were under prepared we did what we had to do to Survive"

"The government did nothing"

It seems the survivors and the people yet to be rescued, aren't too happy, someone should tell the Politicians.
