Now the head of CITGO (Venezuela) in NO is speaking (Mr. Rodriguez)

He's giving a million dollars and is "emotional and sentimental" and is talking about praying to God for support and how much CITGO values its relationship in the US and its connection to the US and NOLA and he will maintain supply to the US.

Jesse back on adressing $6/GALLON gas in Atlanta, GA.

Chavez is committed to send 66,000 gal per day of heating oil to the poor.
