FEMA douchebag on CNN now....
Said he did not know why some people did not heed the warnings to evacuate. Well!! Welcome to the real world smiley!! Here's a few reasons for you....

1) Lack of transpotation
2) Lack of funds
3) Physical or mental disbility

A BETTER QUESTION MIGHT BE, WHY DID FEMA NOT PROVIDE THEM BUSSES TO GET OUT OF TOWN????

4. What an asshole...
On MSNBC last night they were talking about how an entire neighborhood in MS was wiped out and many dead who did not leave because it was a poor area...people didn't have the funds to leave because they hadn't received their paycheck yet.

It's the have-nots that always suffer...where was the government when they needed them?
