Raymond Cooper, victim inside Conv. Center, warns Nat'l Guard...
... not to send troops into this building without first sending a person of considerable authority to talk to the people inside.

He says there are plenty of victims with firearms inside, and he says hell will break loose if the Guard enters that building without warning.

He's pleading with Wolf Blitzer on CNN right now. Riveting. Terrifying.

2. I think the authorities would be wise to heed his warning.
This could make a horrific situation a whole lot worse in little time.

"People are walking around like zombies, like night of the living dead, no food...no water....people waiting outside for buses. In a few hours it's going to get dark. If those buses don't come, it's going to be crazy"

Good God. WHO IS IN CHARGE HERE!
