3 ships being called in to house up to 7K people.

Ships being brought out on Monday.

2. This was recommended at the very beginning of this god-awful
catastrophy! How many are we going to find dead after all of this because of delay and neglect? I hope B* finds a good photo op for that one, with flag-draped coffins as a backdrop.

5. I know a guy who's working on this. His job is to help "thug-proof"
the ships. FEMA paid to rent them for 6 months at a super discount. They will be filled with refugees and will head for both Mobile and Galveston. FEMA also paid for another l month to clean them up afterwards. It falls under some nautical emergency provision something..... My friend said it took FEMA forever to finalize the deal... that they were really dragging their feet, that they have been negotiating since wednesday.

Having her smiling Republican face would be heaping on the insult these people have alredy experienced.

(Kathy Lee was the spokesperson for Carnival, wasn't she??)
