1. NOLA.Com, WDSU.COM, WWLTV.com
I don't know that there is a centralized site. People on the Gulf will only go to the Red Cross for help as a last resort, so anything they do will be very incomplete.

Air America has a site where you can leave phone messages for people at http://www.airamericaradio.com/katrina/voicemailinfo.html

Red Cross (working w/International Red Cross) has one at http://www.familylinks.icrc.org/katrina

Hope that gets them started! :)
