I have become engaged in a discussion with someone named Kane_in715, who basically is accusing me of being a typical Bush basher, unwilling to place blame where it really should be (mainly Congress, Clinton (surprise, surprise) etc.). I have bumped up against him many times, and I am looking for some advice on how to handle this.

On Edit: Also, I tried to research the Disaster Management Fund, but nothing came up. Does anyone have information about this program I could use?

1. It's pure Republican agenda deconstruction of government infrastructure...
Bush is just the figurehead...the whole thing is a policy disaster looking for a place to happen. This time it was NOLA.

Next time? Who knows?

2. Just compare what Bush did in advance of last year's hurricanes

3. Katrina is about a government letting its people down
It's the stories of the horror caused by Bushco lack of a timely response.

I suggest you talk with those who care about citizens, not Bushbots defending only him.
