Do you believe in miracles ?
Could there be some miracle where the water in New Orleans would almost magically disappear? Where we could cup our ears and hear the music coming from both sides of the street...Where the kids are dancing in the middle of the street and everybody is laughing as the "fat man" goes by blowing on his horn...where the free spirits are handing out the beads to everyone that passes...where you pass the cajun food, the jambalaya and the crawfish....where you sit on the bench and watch the horses and coaches go by... where the party goes on forever...

3. Not being a born-again Christian...
I don't think I'm allowed to believe in miracles. But your miracle sure would be nice, though.

5. They did find a bunch of locals
in a sports bar in the quarter who were still partying. So literally the party never did stop, even during the hurricane.
