4. Oh I bet you're right....he will.
Yesterday, I noticed the flag on the California state capitol was at half mast, but I didn't see any announcement if it was for the hurricane disaster or not. Flags on other state buildings were at full mast.

it's appropriate that rheinquest, who made his bones finding ways to violate/restrict voting rights, gasps his last in the midst of this latest shameful reminder of the racist infrastructure in our society.
