Heard on MSNBC some small towns haven't received any help so far

Same thing with many parishes around NO. I'm sure many people have died waiting for help.

1. I have been very worried about the small outlying areas.
They are not getting the press, probably not the numbers, but still there are lots of people out there suffering and hoping for help.

2. if helping 25000-50000 people takes them over 5 days
the few in other areas are really up a creek - they had huge group in one place and couldn't handle it - I can imagine they are truly clueless on the rest

3. I believe it. After the devastating fires of 2003, no one got to some
of the burned out canyon communities for days.

And then when * showed up to exhibit his compassion many days after that, his entourage blocked the people and volunteers who were trying to get into the area to help the victims of the fire.
