The Bushian damage control, the MSM/Rovian transferance of Katrina blame from the feds to local and state gov't....it don't mean a thing....the horse is out of the barn....it's like trying to plug a dam....a levee....with a bunch of 3000 pound sandbags...

We ARE going to prevail over the evil bunch running things in Washington....remember that people, we are going to prevail. Don't doubt it. Believe it. And the good people of America have the good people of Canada staunchly in their corner. Believe it because it's true.

1. Didn't you read the news earlier?

Now seems to be a popular time to just quit in frustration.

I'm glad that wasn't the popular point of view back during the great depression and the dust bowl. Good thing Roosevelt and crew didn't just say "I can't take it anymore".

BTW, I go to the University of Toronto, and I think Canada is just great. Well, except for the fact that the loonie is skyrocketing right now and ruining all my cheap thrills, like dirt cheap hot chocolate at the Tim Horton's on Bay and Bloor. And the one on Bloor and Bedford. Or the 10 other Tim's I go to :)

Yeah...I'm a big Tim's fanatic too....I think they must put heroin in the stuff or something, ya just can't get enough!

I went to U of T years ago myself, for one year....or rather a cup of, **ahem**, coffee....sorry about the unintential pun. I did the university tour for a while, it was one of my stops. New College.

Oh, and Bush blows big dead bears.:hi:

7. Ya I was out working late tonight....got back and caught the rerun...

I have a total newfound respect for Celine. Nevermind making fun of her often sappy love songs. This woman has heart and she sure as hell shows she has a spine too. Larry was - how do I put this - beyond brutal with her though. The guy is so disconnected....from everything basically. Clueless. :puke:
