Rivera made excellent point about conditions...

Normally I don't watch this glory hound, but if true, he has probably described the water condtions in NO's better than anyone yet - he said that NO's is not submerged in water, but rather in the material you will find if you pull the cover off of a septic tank.

What is going on here? This is just way too weird. And I mean weird in the worst possible sense. Something is not right. And, I don't mean the obvious. Something bad is circling in the deeper water.
