.. FEMA won't let them out and the police don't even know whats going on. There are under marshal law...EMS packing AK47s. A charity group, Loaves & Fishes from Austin was there, saw the conditions and they cried. There are children in the building with very unsanitary conditions...

How old is this audio? Has anyone verified it? And how do you know that people have not already been evacuated?

Was on Meet the Press. I will get his name and add in a minute, Aaron Broussard is his name. He was desparate, begging for help, crying that no one has been there to help yet. They keep hearing that help is coming and nothing yet.

He is getting evacuated to Memphis!

My god this is horrible.

He was finally evacuated out today-- to St. Charles Parish. He is now in a High School shelter, run by the Red Cross, with AC , running water and working toilets. However, he has NOT seen ANY Feds, he has still NOT seen any medical personnel. They are sick and NO medical personnel there!!!

thank god, that parish is NOT in a lock down, and someone is on the way now to pick him up!
