6. He's a follower, not a leader. he should be out front telling everyone
where he wants to go and what he wants done.. instead, he stands around like a lost little boy, waiting for someone to tell him what to say, when to say it, who's hand to shake and when to smile..

he's COMPLETELY useless!!!
