CHEYNEY spotted in secret meeting with ROVE and the LAW AND ORDER GUY!!

The three walked through a secret park in Washington DC discussing a new spin-off of the ever popular "Law and Order" series tentatively named "Law and Order - Special LIARS UNIT"

Noth, the Law and Order (and Sex and the City) guy, would not hang out with Rove and Cheney. Check out this quote from Mr. Noth:

"Republicans will destroy the country... that comes from a Republican sensibility, which is to destroy the fabric of the psychological well being of most men.
