Did Bush initially decline offers of help from other countries because
he didn't want them to mobilize before US rescue teams were up and running? It would look pretty bad if other nations showed up first.

1. I heard it was because the US would owe these countries
favors if they accepted their help. I have no idea if that's true or not, but I can imagine that it sure could be.

I'm blown away. I knew this adminstration was inept...but they are exceeding all of my expectations.

These bastards should all be imprisoned for the rest of their lives.
