Thursday, and it was fairly evident that NPR was pissed. Chernoff was vicious and unconcerned. He did not know any people were at the convention center without food and water, Bob Edwards was passing on the news from his frantic reporter on the scene. Two or three days later some water was dropped from one helicopter. This is looking more and more like deliberate mismanagement.
