Skeletor Chertoff is one scary looking guy. It's hardly reassuring that

he is DHS's director.

I'm actually glad, in a perverse way, that he is so non camera friendly and is completely unable to connect on any level with the audience watching him.

It just reinforces the utter disconnect rampant in the WH.
