FEMA's Modest Disaster Plan is an echo of Swift's A Modest Proposal
Swift was suggesting that the solution to the Irish famine problem could be solved by leaving the Irish to eat their children.

I wish that someone more clever than me could recast Swift's work to reflect the murder conducted by FEMA.

1. That was a satire by Swift, what is happening due to FEMA...
...is National Policy of systematic neglect and genocide being covered up by distractions, deflections, censorship and dis-information.

2. They love those 19th Century philosophers. Man - I had to climb over
archaic book stacks and blow off piles of dust to get to their reading.

Lugard showed that tribalism could keep the "masses" down if only you divided people up into groups and dealt with them only through their kings.. kings you have chosen

Disraeli showed that if conservatives used patriotism..they could build a big tent. Patriotism didn't cost anything to deliver on and indeed improved the ranks of the army by the poor - so that wars of profit could be sustained.

And now this potato guy.
