You certainly can't just pull up all the stakes and leave overnight, which is what the slogan implies. And in today's 10-second soundbite world, that's the message people will get.

We need to immediately begin transferring control to the UN, with a fixed, guaranteed timetable specifying when we are out for good. And that needs to all happen within a few months. Can all that fit on a bumper sticker?
