They are all indictable.

This was a manufactured disaster and live time martial law excercise.
All the evidence points to a military operation. "Homeland Security" had the National Guard cordoned off the city like Fallujah, would not allow people in or out, or any kind of help in (THEY BANNED THE RED CROSS AND HAM OPERATORS!!!!!!!), and had Psy-Op Media types flog the "lawlessness" and "sniper" canards...

Congrats.
