he bankrupted the organization thru incompetence and has never had any experience or training in emergency management..

who is this guy and why is he head of FEMA..!!! ???

is he a big campaign contributor or just one of Smirks old drinking and nose candy blow buddies..??:shrug:

1. Brown was Joe Allbaugh's college roommate
And Joe Allbaugh was Bush's chief of staff/campaign manager before Bush made him head of FEMA for no particular reason.

Allbaugh brought in his old pal Brown as general counsel, from which point Brown became deputy director and then head of FEMA after Allbaugh left to make his fortune in Iraqi reconstruction.
