3 justices, coming right up...

outsider made chief justice. roberts to replace oconnor..and a new one probably to replace another older one who might retire ..

Scalia & Thomas are "team players".. they will not qui9bble about not being elevated.. perhaps *² will select an older guy, who would not serve a long time anyway..
