3. Don't get too wrapped around the axles about Rehnquist.

He was in very poor health for quite awhile -- I'm surprised he lasted this long -- and we shouldn't feel blindsided by his demise. He will, of course, be replaced by another hateful corporatist wingnut, but the balance on The Court won't change on account of his death.
