Mary is the one to hit back for now, the rest of the Dem's should get their ringside seats and watch, as she pops the asshole again and again.

Her initial performance was poor. Dazed, sleepless, and robotic, she dutifully kissed fanny.

And then she realized that no matter what she did, she was going to be scapegoated by the Republicans. So she lost the good-girl act and took the gloves off.

Between Mary Landrieu, Gov. Kathleen Babineaux Blanco, and Mayor Ray Nagin, some serious cans of Whoop-Ass are going to be cracked open.

3. Yeah, I totally agree...

I think these people initially tried to 'play the game' the way they thought they had to in order to get help from the feds(ie kiss Chimpybutt). But now they realize that they need to scream if they are to be heard, and if they are to help their city/state.

I'll add Aaron Broussard to the list of awesome leaders, and I don't know what his party affiliation is! There's another parish mayor but I don't know his name. He was saying he'd personally beat FEMA to a pulp if they interfered anymore in their rescue ops... The guy looked like a grandpa... doh! Can't remember his name...
