The people responsible for this

Chertoff, Brown, Bushco all live in that bubble called Washington and believe the stuff they spout to the point that I think they tried to dehumanize those people in New Orleans by withholding food and water thinking that the rest of the nation would see them and be disgusted with those victims of the storm by the pictures. Unfortunately for them they misunderestimated the American people. As a nation we are a caring bunch except for the maybe 20-30 percent that is their base.
I think they really thought they could get away with it and get approval for it..the bastards. May they rot in hell forever.
