1. I do not see how you can disapprove of his response to this hurricane
and still approve of the job he is doing in general. His overall approval rating has to be in the thirties by now.

6. His real number has been in the 30s for some time, IMHO.
There seems to be a standard ~10-point inflation in the polls. These latest events will drive the real number to almost the lowest possible level, which I take to be around 20-25%. Those are the permanently brain-dead who "support" him reflexively, with no thought involved.

My analysis could be wrong. I don't know or work with a single person that supports the creep. But I know they're out there, just not as many as we're told. I hope.

2. Any polls of his overall performance done during the past week?
If no, why not?

3. That he lost 10 points since Aug 31 -- from 48% to 38%
is great news! Let's see what newer than ABC polls say about that. If it's confirmed, he is big doodoo

5. Good!! Bush is doing the Limbo... "How low can he go?" :-D nt
Hopefully low enough that he falls flat on his backside and STAYS there dragging down any and ALL anywhere near him (like the resty of the neo-CONs in his admin).
