Newsmax is a reliable outlet for the Repuklican talking points.

Apparently, Rehnquist's staying on the court was related to some ultra-conservative strategy to see that his replacement was a hardcore conservative.

1. Enter the Hurricane Dragon where Bush exposed the emptiness of Cronyism
Roberts will shift the court into a Pub direction for decades producing a lifestyle not conducive to good Social health. Our Society will suffer as all other Nations that went this route...

5. Point well-taken.
I don't consider it a reliable newsource - but one can glean the Rethuglican talking-points from it.

6. Newsmax admits to shilling for the Shrubs
On the day the Junta first overthrew our constitutional democracy, Newsmax ran a radio ad hailing him and saying, "At last the USA is safely in Bush's hands". Anything they say/write is worthless propaganda.
