So if a nuke blew up in New Orleans, would Bush insist on Federalization?
would blame for the nuclear explosion be that of the Mayor and Governor too?

This asshole Bush and his cronies are the three-card-monty pros when it comes to being held accountable and responsible.

They are the anti-buck stops here crowd.

I've never seen such ignorant, blind allegiance and personal investment into such a failed president as this one.

Truth is stranger than fiction.

2. IF TERRORISTS BLEW UP THE LEVEE, WHAT WOULD CHANGE?
NEW ORLEANS WOULD STILL HAVE FLOODED AND OBVIOUSLY THE RESPONSE TIME WOULD STILL REMAIN THE SAME.
