A solution to the Level 3 woes
It's a system I've dubbed 'Local Cache' ;-)

Here's a layout:

How about that?

2. Great minds, etc.
I've been doing the same thing, only I call mine "DU Threads".

I'm also going to see if I can code it in VB so a double-click on the link will open the page in a browser. If'n it works, I'll see if I can get server space for it somewhere.

3. Use Bookmark
Or the old fashioned Browser Bookmark. It'll remember where you were...

8. I use IE
Microsoft Internet Explorer is generally hated around here, but I find that it's so simple that it's just as easy for me to code something that works the way I like. Most bookmark systems are pretty bad. IE uses individual files that waste a ton of space, and most of the other systems are HTML with limited sorting and note-making capability.

But for most people who aren't codeheads, it's better than Level 3, and still earns you ...

... a Tip O' the Hat!

4. Can't even read it. My idea was to have people with even
numbered birthdates log off for half an hour on the hour and odd numbered birhdates do the same on the half hour. I hate level three.

9. And for once, the Turks agree with them!
You can barely read it, but the text is at the bottom, partially chopped off.

I guess Bush is a uniter, after all.
