could FEMA have argued in OKC in April 95 there was danger???? there was--of building collapsing

but what about more attacks, etc??

......it was known there were anniversaries of Waco and Randy Weaver debacle near the date

of course, Clinton was pres and James Witt was FEMA, so goal was to help....not some weird political/demographic/corporate goal

1. was thinking about that
Some white guys blow up the building. Rather than run scared of all the white people in the building - how could one tell the good white guys from the bad white guys - people rushed in to save them ALL.

The argument for withholding support because of the looting does not hold up. If one percent of the people in NO were violent, the other 99 percent were made to pay. When white people are involved it does not work this way.
