Looting is unacceptable for any reason: shoot to kill on sight at maximum range. Any mistakes, too bad, you shouldn't have looked like you were looting.

Wait until you have a few of these THUGS show up in your driveway one day demanding drugs, money, your car, etc. Or have them form a "human chain" across a street to ambush you. The whole damn family is part of their tactics in our area of the "projects". NO ONE with a brain cell left will enter our "projects".

They have been TAUGHT FOR YEARS they are VICTIMS of the "evil, rich, white man"!(you don't even have to be white to fit that description either). And it doesn't matter how much the "evil, rich, white man" GIVES them, YOU are still their ENEMY. If you don't believe that you should hear some of their conversations about "CRACKERS" and "OREOS".

These are not black people these are THUGS. They hate "black people who try to be white" (OREOS) just as much as they hate "CRACKERS".

Based on what is now happening in New Orleans, I can honestly say I'm glad they didn't get everyone out of the city soon enough. Can you imagine if those mutants had found their way to a Red Cross shelter somewhere?
