Is HaliCHENEY an equal opportunity employee?

We need to understand how/why there is NO other firm that can even touch the bid for New Orleans and Iraq.

We need to know if there are ANY minorities in positions of authority at Haliburton.

How many are in even low level positions for that matter?

Please help us understand why African Americans, who in large measure BUILT this country, are not fit to have construction jobs in high places.

There should be a congressional investigation of HaliCHENEY immediately!
