Yahoo !!!!!!!!!! made my day. A reporter asked about accountability of the govt. Nancy replied that the President needed to look into the mirror because he appointed somebody incompetent. "Buck stops at the top" she said paraphrased.

But alot of articles say that she did call it a failure of leadership, so I am confused.
