Would it not make far more sense now to not pump out the toxic brew
...of human waste, toxic chemicals and e. coli bacteria, plus God knows what else is in the New Orleans flood plain, until the EPA knows how back the contamination is and thus where it would be best to pump it? What is needed for these decisions id scientific evaluations and engineering solutions, not George W. Bush faith-based and FEMA tort law applications.

1. That's what I thought when I saw the water being pumped out of
NO. I mean, I am glad to see that they are getting the water out of NO but are they just pumping that toxic water into the Gulf? Or the Lake?

2. That's what appears to be happening...raw toxic water into the water
...flow of the Mississippi River and Lake Ponchartrain both of which flow out to the Gulf of Mexico. Bush and FEMA are creating the worst environmental disaster in human history out of ignorance, desperation and fear.

3. Whistle, you've thought of this, but I seriously wonder...
if anyone in our government, appointed by Bush, has considered it.
