the bushturds always use the word "unprecedented"
to describe their failures: 9-11 was "unprecedented," Katrina was "unprecedented"

Like all they can ever protect us from is an emergency that is exactly like something that already happened

4. Maybe that is Freeper/Bush speak
for not having a president?

unprecedented = no one in charge

Or maybe like saying Gore won in 2000 but was unprecedented by the Supreme Court.

I hadn't noticed that at all, but you're right - everything that happens, they fai lmiserably at it, and blame it on it being "unprecedented".

Fuckers.

"We're having a hard time with these emergencies, because they aren't like normal emergencies. These emergencies are coming in without notice, and doing things that we aren't used to, and happen at times that we don't expect in ways foreign to us. Clinton's emergencies were different."

9. They can't been held accountable if it's totally unexpected
and a surprise, it wouldn't be "fair", you see.
