actually helping people. i saw harry in hip boots towing a canoe down the street, and helped an old naked black man into his boat and literally gave him the shirt off his back.

2. So are Sean Penn and some Brinkley guy.
Sorry to belittle the "Brinkley guy" but his first name fails me. He's an author from the area.

Sean Penn said they need kayaks to get into the small areas between houses etc.

Hell of an American Historian...has done a couple of Bio of Ike....and

He's NOT happy about what Bush did to his beloved NO....heard an interview with him last week (NPR, I think).

He an Sean have become good buddies from what I gathered.

is a History Professor at the Univ. of New Orleans. His father was David Brinkley, the legendary newscaster.

That would be Columbia history prof Alan Brinkley.
