How Long before the FEMA Director gets a Presidential Medal of Freedom?

Seriously, under the misadministration of Bushco, the more visible and spectacular the failure, the more public and prestigious the award.

Just ask George Tenet and Paul Bremer.

These people have no shame or conscience.

We really are living in George Orwell's 1984.

Miserable failure = medal winner.

That said, I'm sure they already have the ceremony scheduled for sometime next year.
