I was talking to a friend in Texas today (he can't stand bush), and I must have used the word "incompetent" to refer to bush at least 20 times in our 15-minute conversation.

Yet, it's just a description that even public politicians can use to describe his record. Most, if not all the other descriptions on this thread couldn't be used by press, pundits or pols in describing him.

It's the effect of all the free passes he received in life. Whenever he got in over his head -- his daddy's friends saved him. So he has never had to become competent at anything and now values loyalty over competence.

Both are good suggestions and they might both apply.

George Bush may like to fuck pigs, and it is also possible that he likes to get fucked by pigs.
