The bottom line. Shrub could have picked up a phone!!!

I don't give a damn who he's trying to blame. He could have picked up a phone. He has the power to demand FEMA to let rescuers in. He has the power to tell those supposed to be in charge to get those people food and water. He has the power to cut through red tape and he didn't! He went golfing! He did nothing!!
Homeland security is his baby. He is in charge, they answer to him.
There is no freaking excuse!!
