Fear Not Flood Victims! dick is coming to cut through the bureaucracy!
on cnn a political analyst said that the president is sending big dick cheney down to the gulf region, not to comfort the victims with pleasantries and sympathy, which is not his forte', but to 'cut through the bureaucracy!

dick was recently rediscovered to be alive and fly fishing while the south drowned, but he's ready for some real manly action now, rested and ready to rumble through all the bullshit so FEMA can do it's job with disregard and incompetence.

this ought to be good. i hope they have extra security for our dear vice president.
